The Comunitat Valenciana is represented in the CoR by its President and an alternate member that he/she designates. Both, assisted by the Brussels office, actively participate in the drafting of opinions and in the monitoring of European policies, playing a key role in the defence of the interests of the Valencian Community in the EU.
The representatives of the Comunitat Valenciana also participate in the work of the Committee's thematic commissions, in plenary sessions and in the body's intergroups and networks, contributing to the drafting of key policies in sectors such as agriculture, automotive, innovation, green transition and digitalisation.
