Back Plenary Sessions
The CoR plenary meets five or six times a year in Brussels to discuss and adopt opinions, adopt resolutions and express the regions' position on key issues on the European agenda.
Plenary sessions bring together the 329 members of the CoR and serve as a forum for debate on the future of the EU from a regional and local perspective.
